Create Your Own Candle at Bougie Napa

Discover the art of fragrance and candle making in the heart of downtown Napa! Choose between two unique experiences, from a quick, creative Candle Bar to an immersive fragrance-design Masterclass.

Signature Scent Masterclass

$75 per person | 2 Hours | 2-Person Minimum

Become the perfumer, not just the candle maker!

Discover the art and science of fragrance creation in this immersive, hands-on workshop.

Begin with an introduction to the scent wheel, fragrance families, and top, middle, and base notes. Then explore our extensive fragrance library to design a sophisticated signature scent using as many as nine different fragrance oils.

Working like a perfumer, you’ll create a trial blend, evaluate it using professional fragrance-testing strips, and refine your formula until it’s just right.

Only then will you measure, blend, and hand-pour your own 8.75 oz candle.

Your Masterclass includes:

• Guided fragrance education and professional blending techniques

• Full access to our extensive fragrance library

• Trial blending, fragrance testing, and formula refinement

• A professionally printed candle label featuring your signature scent name

• Your custom fragrance recipe saved for one year, with the option to reorder in batches of six candles

• 10% off any Bougie Napa product on the day of your class
